Do right has been the backbone of everything we do since Shape was founded. It is something we have become quietly known for — the “last ten percent,” as it has been coined. It is how we approach the people we work with and what happens near the end of a project scope, when we go back to the whiteboard once more to see if we can do even better. It is what keeps us going when the sun is setting and we are staring at our screens, still not fully satisfied with the work. It is after we have gone the extra mile. We do so by applying our set of core values that have been honed over the years since we started.

    We love a high bar, so we keep setting them. Our heritage of craft and learning by doing gives us the real world strategic insight to transform industries. For us talk is cheap, actually doing wins every day of the week. Whether the work involved goes unseen or is shouted from the rooftops, we are devoted to our craft and give everything we have got. We will not be happy until we have built a product that stands head and shoulders above the rest in any industry we enter.

OUT OF OFFICE
Getting together outside office hours is an excellent opportunity to get to know people. Once a year we gather everyone for a three-day trip. We also host social events, keynotes, esports tournaments, morning runs and swims, friday bars, board game nights, family LEGO days and much more.

To work with the best people we hire from all over the world. Out of 100+ colleagues, we represent 36 different nationalities. Our working language is English around the office to include everyone, but if you wish to learn the local tongue we subsidise language tutorings.
GEAR AND GADGETS
Every artist needs a brush and good tech is essential in our line of work. You can decide your own setup, and we will provide you with the phone, computer and software you need for your job. We also make sure to keep the offices filled with drones, 3D printers and other fun toys.
PROVISIONS O’PLENTY
Good food is important to us, and coffee is a matter of life or death. In every office good and healthy lunch is included. There Is breakfast if you had to skip it at home, and fruit, snacks, juice and soda for whenever you need some extra energy. We also take pride in having the best coffee in town.
FRESH AVENUES
To be at our best we need continuous input, inspiration and new perspectives. Therefore we encourage you to attend training courses, conferences, exhibitions or inspirational tours, as long as it is relevant for your work and you can give back to the rest of your team.
